Complex Application FAQs

For answers to general questions, refer to the broader FAQ page of this docusite.

Q: What is a client federation?

A: A Client federation is a technical configuration made between PwC and the Client that allows the client to use their client credential to access PwC applications and data

Q: The client no longer accesses PwC applications directly do I need to still migrate?

A: No. If a federation is no longer needed please inform your assigned migration coordinator

Q: How much work is this for the client?

A: The technical work is of relative low complexity and we would expect clients with existing federations to have the technical expertise on hand.

Q: When does this effort need to be completed?

A: End of Q2 FY26

Q: Who do I contact for more information/assistance?

**A: The assigned migration coordinator or the broader team via clientfedmigrations@groups.pwc.com

Q: Who at the client should I contact?

A: Please engage a resource that can involve the client IT department

Q: What is the impact to end users after the migration?

A: After migration, users may have to enter their email address twice during login, but the impact can be minimised by selecting the "Remember Me" option that will negate this requirement on that device going forward.
