Therefore, using CyberArk is a way to enhance the security of the firm.
Why is protecting privileged accounts so important?
Privileged accounts give you a chance to manipulate and allow access to sensitive business information. They are so important that they have been the target of many external and internal attacks. Check some noteworthy Cyber Security statistics here.
How does CyberArk work?
The CyberArk Privileged Access Management solution is made of many components that address a wide range of use cases. The Privileged Session Manager (PSM) is one of the main components of the solution and here is how it works:

The PSM stands in the middle of each connection, managing the passwords and recording the activity. Its objective is to secure privileged credentials and secrets wherever they exist.
There are other components such as CPM and Vault that take care of generating random passwords and changing them without the user even knowing the passwords. And that is a big improvement for the security of the firm.Content goes here
