• Apps that contain/process PwC data must be installed from managed app stores

(WorkspaceOne, Intune), according to ISP. That ensures the app is managed, eg app will be removed from mobile device when user leaves the firm, or stop using the device for firm purposes and eg gives it to another family member

• Android apps must be installed from managed store, otherwise will not have access to PwC network/certificates and authentication will fail. Android devices have different design, work and personal apps are separated into Work and Personal profiles (you may think about as separated partitions on a computer)
